Returns & Refunds Policy

At Devils The Angel, every piece is carefully hand-selected and most items are vintage, preloved, or one-of-a-kind. Please choose carefully, read all condition notes, check all measurements, and reach out before purchasing if you need additional information.

All vintage and preloved items are strictly final sale. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, colour variation, or minor vintage wear. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to read all condition notes and check measurements prior to purchasing.

Vintage garments inherently carry signs of age and wear — including but not limited to loose threads, small repairs, slight lining wear, pilling, or light marks. These are characteristics of vintage clothing, not faults. Where visible, these are noted in the listing, however it is not possible to document every minor imperfection. These characteristics do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

Vintage sizing varies greatly from modern sizing. I strongly recommend comparing the listed measurements with a garment you already own for the most accurate fit guide. Sizing alone is not accepted as a reason for return.

If an item is significantly misdescribed, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. I will assess the issue and respond fairly. 

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or not cared for correctly will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
