Returns & Refunds Policy

At Devils The Angel, I take great care in curating quality second-hand clothing and accessories. Since every item is unique, I encourage you to review product details carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.

This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees refunds, repairs, or replacements for items that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Returns & Store Credit

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, I offer store credit instead of refunds for eligible returns.

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and resale limitations:

    • Intimate apparel, undergarments,

    • Items marked as final sale, as-is, or purchased during clearance events.

  • To start a return, email ange@devilstheangel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds (Faulty or Misdescribed Items Only)

Refunds are only issued if an item is faulty and the defect was not described in the product listing, as required by Australian Consumer Law.

  • If you believe an item was misrepresented, contact me within 3 days of receiving it.

  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue for evaluation.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please reach out again.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please indicate this when requesting a return.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability—if your preferred item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases of faulty or misdescribed items, in which I will cover reasonable return postage.

  • I recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me immediately at ange@devilstheangel.com with photos so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Every item in my shop is second-hand, meaning some wear is expected. I do my best to describe any imperfections.

  • Customers are encouraged to ask questions before purchasing to ensure they’re happy with their choice.
